Is there really no per-user fee?
Yes. Your plan covers the whole company. Add office staff and every crew member without the price changing.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts with just your email. Add a card only if you decide to keep going.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by card or bank transfer from their invoice or client page, and the money goes straight to your bank. You can also record cash and checks.
Can my crew see prices?
No. Crew see the jobs they're on, the address, gate codes and notes. Prices, invoices and profit stay with the owner and office.
What is Walk On Site?
Our field app for walk-arounds: before and after photos and customer signatures. Connect it to Imvo and that proof shows up on the job, the invoice and the client page. It also works on its own.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account turns read-only. Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan again and everything comes back.
Is my data private?
Each company's data is walled off from every other company's at the database level, and your crew only sees what their role allows.
